THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RENTAL EQUIPMENT WHILE IN THEIR POSSESSION.
THE RENTAL PERIOD IS FROM THURSDAY PM TO MONDAY PM.
ANY BOOKINGS FOR LONGER THAN THAT TIME PERIOD WILL RESULT IN EXTRA DAY COSTS.
A WEEKLY RATE IS AVAILABLE.
IF YOU ARE PLANNING AN EVENT AT A PUBLIC FACILITY YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO BOOK THE VENUE WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY/TOWN/OR COUNTY OFFICE.
EQUIPMENT MUST BE RETURNED CLEANED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WENT OUT.
CLEANING CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED TO DIRTY OR WET EQUIPMENT. THE CUSTOMER WILL REPLACE DAMAGED EQUIPMENT.
A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING OF EQUIPMENT. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
PRIOR TO 10 DAYS CANCELLATION, A REFUND FOR THE DEPOSIT WILL BE AVAILABE MINUS $30.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE. |
