We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is due either prior to or at the time of pickup or delivery.
Rental Period
Our minimum rate is a weekend rate, which is actually a four day rate. For example: equipment would be picked up on Thursday evening, and is returned on the Monday evening.
A valid Visa or MC, must be provided before equipment can be removed from our premises.The credit card is a security measure. For example: A customer picks up an order consisting of an All Purpose Canopy complete with tables and chairs could easily exceed $10,000. in replacement value. We need some sort of a guarantee that the equipment will come back and also be returned in the same condition as when it went out.
Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation period on all orders is as follows:
Charge within 30 days from the event date is 50%
Prior to 60 days only a $30.00 administration fee will apply.
If your event is cancelled at the last minute, the customer would be responsible for the entire rental cost.
A minimum contract of $50.00 is required. (Not including pickup or delivery)
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.
Cleaning charges will be applied to dirty or wet equipment.
It is the responsibility of the customer to have underground lines located.
